• Injective Powers The First Ever Tokenized Index for BlackRock's BUIDL Fund
  Injective has launched the BUIDL Index, the first tokenized index for BlackRock's BUIDL Fund. BUIDL, BlackRock's initial tokenized fund on a public blockchain, offers $1 per token with a daily dividend and has amassed $500M in assets under management.
  
  

  

  
  The index uniquely tracks the BUIDL fund's supply rather than its price, creating a perpetual market with leverage options accessible through Injective dApps like Helix. Utilizing Stork's oracle for accurate data, this innovation opens institutional-grade assets to retail investors.

• Dymension is launching a new testnet
  Dymension is launching a new testnet called 3D Playground, replacing Froopyland. This testnet will unfold in three phases, with the first phase focusing on simplified RollApp deployment.
  
  The testnet offers opportunities for users to launch and engage with RollApps, while node operators can run sequencers, relayers, and eIBC clients. Performance metrics for RollApps include token liquidity, bond amount, TVL, eIBC volume, and infrastructure health.
  
  

  

  
  Rewards are planned for top-performing RollApp creators and node operators, with 10M mainnet delegations allocated for validators. The 3D Playground testnet aims to prepare the community for the upcoming 3D upgrade, which will enable users to build on the Internet of RollApps.

• The Rujira Alliance
  The Rujira Alliance merges Kujira ecosystem apps and Levana to unify the THORChain app layer under a single token, RUJI. This alliance combines Kujira, Fuzion, Unstake, Gojira, Levana, and Yield Harbour, aiming to create a cohesive THORChain App Layer.
  
  RUJI will receive 50% of its supply from Kujira and its ecosystem, with allocations based on a 30-day average market cap. Holders of KUJI, FUZN, NSTK, and WINK can convert their tokens to RUJI on THORChain, with RUJI stakers earning fees from the App Layer.
  
  

  

  
  The conversion process allows a 12-month window, starting with a 1:1 rate for 4 weeks before decaying linearly. Users can convert and leave tokens staked, potentially benefiting from increased conversion rates as others withdraw.
  
  The Rujira treasury will be capitalized with up to $10m to support growth and development, aiming to enhance alignment across the app layer and provide access to institutional partners and exchange listings.

  cheqd and Dock are forming an alliance to enhance decentralized ID capabilities, combining cheqd's payment infrastructure and trust registries with Dock's Certs platform. The merger involves migrating Dock's network traffic to cheqd, potentially increasing mainnet traffic by 300% and testnet by 50%.
  
  

  

  
  $DOCK tokens will be converted to $CHEQ at a ratio of 18.5178 $DOCK to 1 $CHEQ, with a maximum of 52.8m new $CHEQ minted. The alliance aims to accelerate network effects, expand the community, and increase adoption of decentralized ID solutions.

  TOKI has launched its incentivized testnet, which will run over several months in two phases: Testnet for Transfer and Testnet for Transfer and Pool.
  
  The platform focuses on expanding IBC (Inter-Blockchain Communication) beyond Cosmos SDK chains using a multi-prover security approach that combines TEE (SGX, AMD, etc.) and ZKP.
